Terms of Use
These terms describe how the Audarra Platform may be used by authorised platform staff and tenant administrators. They sit alongside any signed service agreement, and they apply to the platform workspace, shared utilities, reporting tools, and related support surfaces.
1. Scope of use
The platform is provided for business and operational use only. Access is controlled by tenant membership, role assignment, and approval status. Users must not attempt to bypass tenant boundaries, alter system records outside their authority, or use the portal for any purpose not connected to Audarra operations.
2. Account and security responsibilities
Each user is responsible for keeping credentials secure, using multi-factor authentication where provided, and reviewing actions before submission. If access is lost, misused, or appears compromised, the user or tenant administrator should notify support promptly so the account can be reviewed and contained.
3. Service behaviour and data handling
The platform may log sign-in activity, configuration changes, report generation, and other operational events for security, audit, and troubleshooting. Some functionality may be tenant-specific or permission-gated, and display labels may vary by workspace and locale. We may update features, route structure, or operational wording as the product evolves, provided the tenant-aware intent remains intact.
4. Support and updates
For access issues, account questions, or content disputes, contact your tenant administrator or the Audarra support channel used in your implementation. Continued use of the platform after changes to these terms means you accept the updated version shown in the footer.
