Privacy Notice
This notice explains how the Audarra Platform handles information used to operate the platform, support tenant administration, and preserve security and auditability. It applies to platform users acting within the tenant and operational control surfaces.
1. Information we process
We may process account details, identity and role information, tenant and workspace assignments, audit logs, configuration activity, support messages, and report outputs. In some cases we also process technical metadata such as timestamps, device or browser context, and request traces needed to keep the service working.
2. How the information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, enforce role and tenant boundaries, render the correct workspace, generate reports, resolve incidents, and preserve the audit trail expected in regulated financial operations. We also use it to maintain and improve the platform, including debugging and operational monitoring.
3. Sharing and retention
Data is shared only within the boundaries needed to run the platform, support the tenant, and meet legal or contractual obligations. That may include your tenant administrator, authorised support personnel, hosting providers, and service components that process data on our behalf. We keep records for the period required by the service relationship, security needs, and applicable law.
4. Your choices and support
Users should only enter information they are authorised to submit and should keep profiles up to date through their tenant workspace. For privacy questions, contact your tenant administrator or the Audarra support channel used for your deployment.
